The afternoon begins at 12.30pm sharp with a cocktail and a selection of canapés, followed by a 30 minute masterclass led by Chef Stuart Laws. Enjoy a live butchery demonstration, gain insight into the dry ageing process and discover how time, technique and precision transform premium cuts in flavour and texture.
At 1pm, head upstairs for a three course steak feast featuring slow roasted picanha, Tallow aged F1 and dry aged 1kg T bone, all served share style & with sides.
