Fallow invites meat lovers to an exclusive Saturday experience celebrating the art of dry-aged beef during Plateful Perth.

Begin with a 45-minute chef-led masterclass featuring a live butchery demonstration and insights into dry-aging techniques.
Then, settle in for a five-course dry-aged steak degustation. Begin with dry-aged canapés and two signature cocktails, then savour premium cuts from Wagyu skirt to T-bone.

Fallow joins forces with Laphroaig for an intimate, one-night-only dinner built around peat, salt and fire.

The night begins fireside with a Laphroaig whisky, before moving into The Parlour. The menu showcases exceptional F1 Wagyu alongside local produce, crafted to pair with some of Laphroaig’s most iconic single malts.
