The afternoon begins with a cocktail and a selection of canapés before Stuart guides guests through the process of working with premium Black Berkshire pork, sharing insight into flavour, technique and sausage making from start to finish.
At 1pm, head upstairs for a four course Black Berkshire pork feast designed to share. Expect a menu celebrating the versatility of pork, featuring dishes such as pork and smoked hock terrine, crispy pork belly and pork tomahawk with burnt apple jam.
